If I recall correctly, Detective Munch made an appearance on Sesame Street at one point, which would put the whole Muppet-verse and everything it's touched in there as well.
Oh, on a related note… after noticing a couple of cameos, I now choose to believe that The Dark Knight Trilogy takes place in the same universe as Stargate.
I really wanna watch St. Elsewhere. Part of it because of the ending, but mostly because William Freaking Daniels is in it. Sadly, I can only watch the first season, unless I have some On Demand service in Britain.

So I get the whole mentioning Doctor Who bit, as Americans seem to be all over that right now, but the was Red Dwarf something you guys are into, or just a useful segway to Doctor Who?
It's an interesting theory, and I've heard it before, but it fails to make a distinction between what could be considered canon and non-canon. For example, the crossovers between St. Elsewhere, Homicide and Law & Order would hold up because those would have been considered legitimate crossovers. However appearances on shows like The Simpsons should be considered non-canon, as they were clearly meant for a joke and thus not meant to be taken as a serious crossover. Same with incidental references such as what you used with Yoyodyne and Weyland-Yutani, as they were meant to be just throw-away gags and never really figured heavily into the overall plots of the shows/movies they were mentioned in.
It's a fun little excercise, but it looks like some were just way overthinking it.
What, you namecheck Yoyodyne and then give no love to Buckaroo Banzai? I'm sure there's a few SF crossovers that go that route (or that reference it via BB rather than Pynchon).
Speaking of fictional corporations, if the Atlantic Courier/Pacific Courier company shows up in any of the crossreferenced shows, then the Die Hard series is part of the Westphallverse, too.
I always thought there was a gigantic hole in the Westphall Universe Hypothesis: There's no reason Tommy couldn't have been dreaming about real people who exist in the “real” world of the show. Tommy could easily have taken his inspiration from the “real” (in-universe) hospital, and simply imagined his dad among the staff.

For instance, Home Improvement is supposedly there because of Drew Carey show, but Tim Taylor never showed up on Drew Carey, Tim Allen appeared as himself. Sure, you could say the show is part of the Westphallverse, but not the fictional universe itself.
Fun trope, but what's the discontinuity? So what if they're all in the snow globe? We're imagining imaginary people are the product of someone's imagination. It's not really much weirder than thinking the kid came up with all the St Elsewhere episodes, and even if it is, still not a discontinuity. Plus some of the links are kind of a stretch, sometimes a police box is just a police box. XD

So let me get this straight, this one kid imagined years of events at an imaginary hospital of his creation AND he happens to be the son of one of the doctors who is also a fabrication of his mind? WTF!?
OK, new mind blowing event for me. Since real life celebrities make appearances as themselves on TV shows all the time, wouldn't that mean WE'RE ALL part of Tommy Westphall's imagination and that would make Tommy “God” under this hypothesis?

Star Trek had a crossover with the X-Men once. Marvel has had crossovers with DC in the past.
By extension, that means that the entire Marvel and DC universe (at least comicbook-wise) was dreamed up by one kid.

Going off of what wtfboom.avi said, Star Trek involved Marvel by having a crossover with the X-Men.
Marvel had “Marvel Vs. DC,” which, among other games, crossed over with the Street Fighter series.
Street Fighter characters are going to appear in Wreck-It Ralph.
Among other game characters, Q*Bert has a role in that movie. He was also one of the zombies in your Necrothinker storyline.
