My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is the female equivalent of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Both shows that play to a particular gender but cross over well.
I'm more afraid of Shamalan deciding to make a live action Friend Ship is Magic Movie than I am them remaking another 80's/90's cartoon. They've already done Voltron, Thundercats, My Little Pony, Pound Puppies, He-Man, Ninja turtles, ext.
Would anyone even notice at this point if Rainbow Bright: Quest for the Nyeh Cat got green lit?
Wait. People actually complain about Twilight because of the guys? I thought everyone hated Twilight because it sucks. This is so not fair for girls. Guys get Soul Calibre and I get….Twilight… I hang my head.
I don't really see the internet sensation of MLP becoming anything more than it already is. The creators of the show have acknowledged its existense, but aside from a little Derpy Hooves here, a little Doctor Whooves there, I doubt it will alert the animation industry to this untouched “internet meme” audience. As far as they're concenred it's just an unexpected audience that they cater to without having to actually do anything.
Only certain games require external storage. Sony has said that games can saved directly to the cards. Some games may require a larger storage device. Just like some 3ds games will require that goddawful extra analog stick addon that in no way is a cynical means of getting more cash out of those foolish enough to purchase a 3ds at launch knowing full well an update will be announced by next year.

However, maybe it's just me, but I find it a shame that you didn't use a pic of George Carlin's book “Brain Droppings” instead of that brain pic. To each their own, I guess.

It's more likely they'll attempt to make a male version of MLP in an attempt to cash in. Like the whole He-man and She-ra thing.
Could work, it's got a sufficiently rich fantasy setting, but since it would likely be a rushed cash grab, I doubt it could be pulled off.
