On paper, “The Lady” sounds like a snoozer – a Western biopic of an Eastern (Southeast-Asian, specifically) human-rights martyr timed for an Oscar-qualifying Fall release.
Two things make it worth paying attention to (for reasons other than the obvious sympathy/admiration for Aung San Suu Kyi, of course, which is an issue wholly-seperate from the movie) – it’s directed by Luc Besson, who “gets” that biopics of icons don’t need to be ponderous and staid; and it’s a non-action star vehicle for the great Michelle Yeoh.
MOVIEBOB CENTRAL 
Although the translation at 1:01 is probably accurate, and the writing is and acting look great for that scene, the phase oddly kicked me out of my immersion bubble.
He looks and sounds like he's saying something incredibly intense and terrifying, but “Put pressure on that woman!” doesn't strike me as something to be worried about. Like the officer is going to show up to her home, kick her flowers and squash some fruit and say “We don't want you talkin' rebellion no more, see?”
Other than that, though, it does look like something I would enjoy. I love rise and overcome biopics.

Oddly enough, there's a Meryl Streep movie called The Iron Lady about a woman in politics coming out this year as well. The Weinsteins are gonna be pissed
