I remember seeing you mention “The Stuff” last Friday, but I remember (after forgetting all about) this scene from The Guyver last year! Didn't expect that!
Never knew which film Gezorah came from. I just remember he was one of the easier monsters from Godzilla: Monster of Monsters on the NES. In fact, I'm pretty sure Maugera, the other of the two starting monsters, didn't appear in a Godzilla film until the 90's.
Always left me feeling that there were these mysterious rare Godzilla films that were hard to find when I was a kid.
