There's a World 9?!? I'm already at that same hate-love phase of difficulty at World 8; I shudder to think what horrors await me in World 9…o_o

Anyway, yeah. Probably the hardest level in any Mario game I've ever played (not counting TLL because it's been years and years since I've played it and have forgotten most of it). The star coins are a bitch there, but if you manage to keep your propeller suit until the end, it's much easier.

There's kind of a trick to it; if you run through the level at top speed and waggle the remote to “hurdle” over obstacles, you can get through 80% of it with nary a scratch.
It's tough though, and just so we're clear, it took me DAYS to figure that out.

9-7 sounds like the new Tubular or something.
Or is it worse than Tubular? If it is – oh my, I am not looking foward to it. I thought 9-1 was a bugger, so who knows what kind of pain 9-7 will give me…

I know what you're talking about. That whole World 9 (except maybe 9-1 and 9-8) was freaking hard. Especially getting all the Star Coins. Oh man was that a fun game!
